Paid links
What a paid link is, when you'd see one, and how to turn them off.
What a paid link is
When you ask Homeling to find something to buy, some suggestions may come with a paid link, always marked “Paid link”. If you buy through it, the store may pay us a commission. That's how Homeling stays free. Homeling picks on merit first; paid links are only added afterwards, so they never change what it recommends.
Are they on now?
No paid links are live yet.
Turn them off
In Homeling: Settings → Privacy → Paid links → Show paid links
Switch off “Show paid links”. Homeling then recommends exactly the same things, and a click opens the plain product page.
More detail
How paid links work explains what happens when you click one and what the store learns. How Homeling recommends things covers how it picks, and the affiliate disclosure names the stores.
